Takeuchi Seiho Exhibition Room
Takeuchi Seiho is a representative painter of the modern nihonga (Japanese-style painting) genre. Each year, four themed exhibitions are held to showcase the rich diversity of the museum’s Takeuchi Seiho collection alongside works by the great master’s teachers and pupils.

初公開作品5点をはじめ、2014年の展覧会で話題になった栖鳳唯一の油絵《スエズ景色》などの名品や、画家を知る上で重要な書簡等の資料も交えて、栖鳳の豊かな画業を展観します。
